A baby boy at most 2 years presented to our hospital with severe gastro-enteritis and dehydration.
He was admitted on I.V fluids and medicines, and then he was discharged with no and well hydrated. Then he sent us this email when he is back at home.

"At first we would like to thank you very, very much for all that you (and your team) have done for our little boy. As we promised we inform you about his health.
Nelio starts eating and drinking on Thursday after leaving your hospital all the day and we always heard from him “more, more, more”. He left Egypt quite healthy but really tired and weak, and within the last days until today is very fine. No diarrhea or vomiting anymore since Thursday so that we stopped medicine on Saturday.
On Sunday Nelio celebrated his second birthday with the complete family and friends.
Although he is eating the whole day, he doesn’t reach his weight until now. So I think he had lost a lot on weight and humity.
Once again, thousand thanks for your great help. We felt each time in safe hands!
